What is Heavenly Tea’s policy on damaged, out-of-stock, and missing items? We insure all of our shipments so if you find any damaged items, please call your representative within 24 hours and we'll take care of your replacement order right away. If an item ordered is out-of-stock, you will be given the option to backorder or substitute the item; For your inconvenience we provide free shipping for any back ordered item. If you receive your order and any items are missing due to our oversight, we will send the omitted items immediately, free of charge. Are we required to pay in advance or upon shipment? Heavenly Tea requires full payment prior to shipment of the order. Can we order items before we start the fundraiser? We do not offer pre-sale orders. Is tea a good product to sell for a fundraiser? Absolutely! As people are becoming more health conscious, tea has become a front runner in fundraising. Our selections are competitively priced and healthy. Your patrons will be pleasantly surprised with both the cost and the taste. Whether you choose the Tea Elite or Tea Essentials your fundraiser is sure to be a success. Can we run both fundraisers at the same time? Yes. You can choose to run either the Tea Essentials or the Tea Elite fundraiser separately or together. Are there any special services or incentives Heavenly Tea offers? Heavenly Tea offers early sign up and referral bonuses. The Tea Elite fundraiser offers student prizes such as MP3 Players, digital cameras and movie gift cards. The Tea Essentials fundraiser offers a rewards pizza party for your students. What if we already have prizes set up for the children? No problem. If you have opted to provide your own incentives or prizes, we will donate the amount equivalent to the prizes to your organization for you to do as you decide. Is there a quota or a required amount that we have to sell?
