What is Heavenly Tea’s policy on damaged, out-of-stock, and missing items? We insure all of our shipments so if there were to be any damaged items, please give us a call right away and we will take care of that with our carrier and send you out the replacement items right away. If an item ordered is out-of-stock, we give you the option of a substitution or you can wait and we will ship it out as soon as we receive it; we’ll pay for the shipping. If you receive your order and its missing items due to our oversight, we will send those items out right away and we’ll pay for the shipping. Are we required to pay in advance or upon shipment? Heavenly Tea requires payment for the ordered items and shipping before we send them out. Can we order items before we start the fundraiser? We do not offer pre-sale orders. How many people buy loose leaf tea? The loose leaf tea market is a rapidly growing market. Many people are realizing that premium flavored loose leaf teas are a healthier choice than the grocery store tea bags. Drinking tea made from loose leaf tea also adds a certain ambiance and class in drinking tea. Your patrons will be delighted with our teas. The aroma alone will have them coming back. Are loose leaf teas a good product to sell for a fundraiser? Yes definitely. We’ve put together wonderful tea sets that are competitively priced. Since more and more people are being concerned about their health, tea would be an excellent fundraiser. Tea carries many antioxidants and health benefits, loose leaf teas more so than tea bags. Your patrons will be pleasantly surprised. Are there any special services or incentives Heavenly Tea offers? We offer wonderful prizes for your students. (i.e.MP3 Players, digital cameras, movie gift cards etc.) We feel the students should be rewarded for their hard work. After all, they are a huge part of a successful fundraiser. We offer your school shipments that are pre-sorted by class shipment. We also offer your school personalized one on one service. Is there a quota or a required amount that we have to sell? To keep offering your school, church, or organization a cost-free fundraiser (excluding shipping costs), we only require that each participant sells 3 items; which is a VERY small requirement.
