water temperature as accurate as possible.  We carry the
standard tea timer on our tea accessories page.***
Decaffeinating Your Tea Naturally
Caffeine is extremely water soluble.  Between 75% - 80% of
the tea leaves'  caffeine is released within the first 25 to 30
seconds of steeping.

You can enjoy any tea essentially caffeine-free by removing
the water after the first 25 to 60 seconds of steeping and
adding brand new hot water to the now decaf leaf.

The best way to decaffeinate your tea leaves is to use an
infuser.  We have a variety of infusers on our tea accessories
page.
How To Make Ice Tea From Loose Leaf Tea

loose leaf tea, but its actually quite simple!!  Follow these
instructions and you'll be enjoying a fresh glass of ice tea in less
than 10 minutes!!!!

(Serving size- One Quart)
