Pre-Purchase Method

Print and complete the Heavenly Tea Written Agreement and mail, email, or fax to Heavenly Tea. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation call or email from your designated Heavenly Tea representative. Then order 1-2 cases of Heavenly Tea Theme tea sets per participant using the Pre-Purchase order form. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of the cases. Upon receipt of tea sets, establish a 2-4 week selling period, or plan a day or event to sell the tea sets. Make it fun. Have a group leader use a form to track all purchases and monies collecting at the time the tea sets are sold and delivered. In most cases, having the tea sets on hand will save time and allow your sales and profits to double. If you run out of tea sets take orders and collect monies for the tea sets that are sold out. Once the total amount is calculated fill out the provided consolidated order form and mail in the order along with the total amount due plus any applicable shipping costs. Let your customers know that the order will arrive in about 2-3 weeks.

Pre-Sale Method

Upon approval you will receive a confirmation call or email from your designated Heavenly Tea representative. Two weeks before your fundraiser Heavenly Tea will send out the required number of fundraiser packets. Take orders collecting all monies up front. Receive your profits immediately. Tally your orders on the provided consolidated order form after the fundraiser is finished. Mail in your order and the total amount due plus any applicable shipping to Heavenly Tea. Allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of tea sets. Distribute tea sets to participants to deliver to purchasers.
